DadGPT plans are digital products. Access, tokens, or subscription features are delivered to your account after payment confirmation.

Refund Requests

If you experience a billing error, duplicate payment, or service access problem, contact support within 7 days of purchase. We review refund requests case by case.

Non-Refundable Usage

Used tokens, consumed subscription time, and completed digital access may be non-refundable unless required by law or caused by a verified billing or delivery issue.
